Paques invests into Faxon Química

Paques Brasil, an arm of the Dutch multinational that is part of SKion Water and a world leader in the biological wastewater treatment and biogas purification, is pleased to announce the investment that makes it a majority shareholder at Faxon Química.

Founded in 1992 in Rio Grande do Sul, with facilities in Campo Bom, RS, and in the states of São Paulo and Pernambuco, Faxon Química develops and produces chemicals for industrial and municipal wastewater and water treatment. It is nationally recognized for its quality and excellence in providing the best alternatives for water revitalization.
The integration of Faxon into the SKion Water group will provide an even more complete offer of solutions to its customers and will leverage the growth of Faxon's operations in Brasil and Latin America. Faxon Química will continue to operate under the same name and under the leadership of its founder Fabiano Chitolina, who remains a shareholder in the company.
