Malmberg Water becomes part of ELIQUO

ELIQUO WATER GROUP, through its subsidiary Enwa AS, has acquired 100 % of the shares in Malmberg Water AB. This acquisition marks an important milestone for both ELIQUO and Malmberg Water. With both companies joining forces, their strong position in the Nordic water treatment and cleantech market is further strengthened.

Malmberg Water is based in Sweden in Yngsjö and Lund. Managing Director Erik Malmberg will continue leading the business and its dedicated employees. Malmberg Water's subsidiary in Norway based in Drammen, Malmberg AS, will be integrated as part of the ELIQUO family under the leadership of Sofia Knudsen and will become a sister company of ELIQUO PMI with the responsibility to further develop the wastewater, sludge and service market in Norway.
