EnviroChemie AG acquires ProWaTech AG and Hauser + Walz GmbH

On April 1, 2023, EnviroChemie AG acquired 100 percent of the shares in ProWaTech AG and Hauser + Walz GmbH Beratende Ingenieure GmbH.

ProWaTech AG was founded in 2004. The company specializes in process water, recycling and wastewater technology for the electroplating, medical, watchmaking and electronics industries. ProWaTech AG's range of products and services includes expert advice and the supply of plants for process water treatment and wastewater treatment. In addition, the company offers ion exchanger recirculation systems as well as recyclable material recovery systems. With these products and services, ProWaTech AG contributes to the sustainable use of resources and the protection of the environment. The associated subsidiary Hauser + Walz GmbH - Beratende Ingenieure GmbH completes the portfolio with the business fields of expertises and chemical products. Both companies will continue to operate as independent entities.
